Cleaning Accident Odors

My Riley seems to still "go" on the bottom of my chair and I can't get the odor out.
I've tried Nature's Miracle but I can still smell the scent. I had it cleaned but the guy must not have used any *agent* because even with water that was 300 degrees--the scent is STILL there.
Can you suggest something? I'm hoping Riley will eventually STOP going on the chair.
I've tried everything to get him to stop and he won't.

Try Oxy Clean, the extra strength mix with hot water pour on and let air dry...
Check for color fastness though.... If a problem mix as directed and pour it on and I mean pour it on the area and let air dry.... It has worked for me....
Maybe a belly band while in the house would stop any further marking...
